3 parts juice of ruby red grapefruit
1 part sugar syrup
Campari (or any alcohol like vodka & gin) to taste

     Sugar syrup together, add in the alcohol to taste. Place in a tray into the freezer and let firm up. Get a fork and break up the frozen juice until it resembles granites. Do the process again of firming up and breaking up Serve in a martini glass and pour over more alcohol if desired.

1 grapefruit, juiced
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
salt to taste

Shake together the grapefruit juice, gin, and a generous amount of salt in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a glass over ice.
